There is so much internet scorn, loathing and hesitance because of worldwide web scam artists. Sometimes it seems like the only thing people use the web for is finding nude pictures. This is unfortunate for many people miss out on the REAL opportunities.

There are REAL opportunities that can provide some outstanding income streams that supplement, and may even surpass many people’s earnings from their daytime J.O.B. Yes…from being Just Over Broke. Some are living paycheck to paycheck. Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. Some are not. There are others who just want out of Corporate America.

Network Marketing opportunities are a dime a dozen. If you are looking for opportunity in network marketing, or multi-level marketing this article will take you through the ins and outs of the business. Online marketing is key…rather I should say it’s KING!. Online Network Marketing/MLM has become very popular and you might wish to cash in on the profits too.

Let’s get this out of the way first…Network Marketing/MLM is the same. I will be using Network Marketing throughout this article. So you desire to make money? Then you may need to network with many people, in this case an online network of people. Let’s look at the definition of network. On Dictionary.com there are a few definitions. Here are two of my favorites: to distribute widely; to broadcast…over the worldwide web or radio or television, but I am speaking specifically of the worldwide web. Online Network Marketing can actually be considered as a job, or a business. A business which can be facilitated from the comforts of your own home.

Online Network Marketing makes you an independent contractor of the manufacturer, and your duty is to sell the manufacturers products. For every sale you will earn a commission. Furthermore, the people you manage to refer will also become members of your downline or team.

Online Network Marketing is designed in a way that you will also earn stated commission for every sale that the members of your downline would be able to refer, and sometimes, this extends up to the fifth, sixth, seventh level down or some like to say household. Does not matter what you call it…it’s all the same…a network of people making money for themselves and others (their upline) and from others (their downline).

Online Network Marketing is a real opportunity. It is not something that should be dismissed outright as a fraud. Many people have earned very lucrative incomes from online Network Marketing programs, and you will be depriving yourself of an excellent opportunity if you do not consider what online Network Marketing could offer for your life.

What Is Needed For Online Network Marketing?

A lot of people are turned off because online Network Marketing often asks them to make an initial purchase to obtain of the benefits of the program.

This need not be the case. The product you will be asked to buy may be considered as a membership fee for the online Network Marketing product received as part of your purchase, and you would have a better chance of convincing customers to buy the manufacturers product and consequently join the online Network Marketing program.

Is An Initial Purchase All That Is Needed For An Online Network Marketing Program?

Most definitely not. As I mentioned earlier, an online Network Marketing opportunity can also be considered as a job.

As such, your desire, willingness and coachability are also needed to ensure your success in this field. An online Network Marketing program is not a “get rich quick” scheme. You have to earn your keep. You have to strive for your success. And you have to be patient to be able to reap all that an online Network Marketing program promises.

The thing that really ticks me off is the promise that is fed to you about how a website and a system can be duplicated. Just remind yourself this, “A system can be duplicated, people can not”. You still need to work the system.

Top Myth #3: You Do Not Need Experience To Start

This is one of my favourites. Here’s the hard truth. Are you ready? 97% of all network marketing business opportunities feed on new recruits. While someone without experience can join in too. You usually need to learn how to expand your network (hence, the name network marketing) in order to grow your team.

The upper hand always belongs to the veterans because they know what to do and where to get people to join his team. I’ll get back to you about this near the end for a solution. Stay with me.

Top Myth #2: Build Relationship, Not A Business

Okay, this one is partially true. While I build relationship with my subscribers the key is to think of your business like a business! Honestly, you’d be better off earning quick profits rather than feeding a bunch of adult babies whining about their lives.

Business is key to your financial well-being and your closest relationships should be spent with your family, not on counselling your team members. They joined the opportunity out of hope, not you. Be a business person.

Top Myth #1: Never Give Up, Motivate Yourself

Do you really think you can motivate yourself? The truth is, it is not easy. Especially when you look in the mirror and knowing that you cannot put food on the table later during lunch for your family. Or that nice vacation you’ve been dreaming about goes out the window.

Reality check, you do need some immediate cash to support yourself. Not drowning in financial debts while holding on to those hot network marketing business opportunities out there. Results are bottom line and you have to realize this.

In closing, let me drive home that while network marketing business opportunities are using the Internet now their compensation structure is still quite the same. You’re better off making instant up front profits rather than waiting for your team volume to grow. After all, it is the reason why you are reading this, right? Think about it.

So is it true that saturation in network marketing is a myth? Will there be a day where it will be impossible to attract any new downlines into your organization due to the overwhelming competition in the whole wide world? If that were the case, then with network marketing as a business model for the past fifty odd years, the market would be pretty saturated by now. However, it is far from being so.

Saturation in network marketing is a myth and should not be a cause for concern. Here are a few reasons as to why this is so.



Firstly, due to the natural life cycle of a human being, the network marketing business will not be saturated. People are always on the lookout for better opportunities. As network marketing business offers people a change in lifestyle and the ability to be able to live their dreams, as long as you are able to offer the right opportunity to the right people at the right time, there will be a market for you. Especially for those who are in their jobs and who are most unhappy and disgruntled with the situation they are in, these are the people who are looking for an opportunity which is able to offer them better hope and lifestyle and a way out of their unhappiness. Or you could have people who, for certain family reason, need to stay home and work from home. These would be your target market.





With the rate or attrition in the network marketing industry, this also helps to avoid saturation. Through experience, there will always be people who will drop out of one network marketing company and join another as they are looking to join leaders who are able to help them succeed. By positioning yourself as a leader, mentor or trainer, this will allow you to attract a wider target market to you and may even attract those from other network marketing companies who are not doing well in their current business opportunity.



Network marketing saturation is therefore a myth. As long as the company is a legitimate company offering products and services that have appeal to customers, there is nothing to worry about.

Myth:  Network Marketing is a way to get rich quick.

Network Marketers can and do get rich…the industry is full of rags to riches stories!  However, most people who become successful Network Marketers do not get rich overnight.  It takes hard work and dedication in order to become a successful Network Marketer.

Myth:  Most people fail in Network Marketing.

Many people join Network Marketing companies every day.  Unfortunately, not everyone who joins a Network Marketing company will become a successful Network Marketer.

The fact is, most people quit before they ever become successful.  They don’t put forth the effort and invest the time necessary to become successful Network Marketers.  There is a difference between quitting and failing.  The fact that many people quit doesn’t mean that Network Marketing doesn’t work.  It does work…but not everyone is committed to reaching the top.

Myth:  Anyone can be successful in Network Marketing.
